Great atmosphere! Was traveling and had a craving for a donut and found this place. To my surprise it's a health protein based concept with mini donuts that are lower calories and higher protein. Loved it. The owners were so sweet and the flavors were really good. I was pleasantly surprised!

Great destination to go for a brew. They provided us a space to conduct a day long meeting then the group had a great beer together. We didn't have any food.

Service was great, food was amazing and love the ladies restroom walls. 😉 I ordered the “birthday cake” protein waffle with fruity pebbles instead of sprinkles, pb&j donut, fruity pebbles donut, strawberry cheesecake shake and a mocha frappe - EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Thank you.

Leaving the gym, Rooted Lakeland is the perfect spot to get your protein fix. They offer a variety of options including coffees, lattes, shakes, and waffles. My personal favorites are the mini donuts and açaí bowls. Whether you're in the mood for something sweet or savory, they have you covered. Highly recommend for anyone looking to refuel after a workout!

Rooted is such a hidden gem. My boyfriend and I have been searching for a local coffee shop that we love, and we were lucky enough to stumble upon Rooted today! My boyfriend was very pleased by the protein selection, and so this was really the perfect spot for us. Such a loving homey place, and the owners are so kind. 10/10 recommend!

This cute little shop has a great verity of drinks that have protein added to them. The vibe is calm and relaxing. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. There is plenty of seats to relax and enjoy your coffee or shake. The little donuts have a good presentation and taste delicious. This is a very nice coffee shop to stop at for a nice protein drink or snack.

Absolutely delicious! The flavors are so fresh, and the presentation is beautiful you can tell they put love into every bowl. The owners are incredibly sweet and welcoming, making you feel right at home every visit. A perfect spot for a healthy treat that’s as pretty as it is tasty! 💕♥️🌿🍓🍌🥭

Let me tell you! This place has such a charming, quiet, and cozy atmosphere that you won’t want to leave. It’s small in size but big on comfort, making it the perfect spot to sit down and enjoy your favorite drink. Today I tried the cold protein coffee with hazelnut flavor, is absolutely delicious! I’m already planning to come back to try the matcha and add the whipped honey next time. I’ve attached the menu so you can see all the great options they offer. I invite you to check it out.
